Fresh Start Smoothie
Yield: 1 smoothie
2 cups fresh baby spinach
½-¾ cups un-sweet almond milk (or milk of your liking)
½ frozen banana, peeled and roughly chopped
½ cup roughly chopped cucumber
2 (½-inch) green apple slices
2 tablespoons roughly chopped cilantro
Couple of cubes of ice if you like it on the colder side
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
