Great vehicle for after gym protein fix too. Add a scoop (or two) of your fave clean protein, plays nice with chocolate or vanilla.
Berry Good Smoothie
Yield: 1 smoothie
1 cup fresh baby spinach
½ cup almond milk (or cashew, coconut, hemp)
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup roughly chopped fresh strawberries
¼ teaspoon ground sea salt
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
